This cookie recipe is a winner. They only require 5 ingredients, about 30 minutes to make and people who love chocolate and gooey caramel surrounded by chocolate cake.

Ingredients

• 15 oz. Devil's Food Cake mix, sifted
• 1/3 c. vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 12 oz. bag Rolo candies, unwrapped
• 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line three baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs. The mixture will be thick.
3. Take about a 1/2 T. of the dough to cover the Rolo; form a ball around the candy; roll in powered sugar; place on prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
