Description

You don't need to wait for the holidays to make this amazing pie. But, it is a wonderful one to bake for people who don't like pumpkin pie.

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. apple butter
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 T. cornstarch
• 1 t. ground cinnamon
• 2 c. whole milk
• 9 inch deep pie crust, unbaked

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place unbaked pie crust on a cookie or baking sheet.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy; beat in sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and apple butter until combined; whisk in milk until combined.
3. Pour mixture into pie crust.
