Ingredients

• Crust:
• 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1/4 t. kosher salt
• 1 c. cold butter, cut into cubes
• Pie Filling:
• 6 oz. strawberry jello- 2 small boxes or 1 large box (not prepared according to package directions)
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. cornstarch
• 1/2 t. salt
• 20 oz. Sprite (2 1/2 c.)
• 32 oz. strawberries, washed and tops removed
• whipped topping or whipped cream for garnish
