Ingredients

16 oz. chocolate flavored candy coating (like Almond Bark or Candiquik)
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 oz. Bakers German’s sweet chocolate bar, broken into chunks
16.9 oz. jar super chunky peanut butter
3 c. crispy rice cereal
3 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 t. salt

Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil; spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Melt chocolate candy coating, chocolate chips and German chocolate in a large heatproof bowl. Microwave at half power (50%) in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring after each interval.

Stir peanut butter into the warmed chocolate until melted and smooth; add rice cereal, marshmallows and salt; stir to combine.

Pour mixture into prepared pan; allow it to set up in a cool place until firm. It can be refrigerated or it can be placed in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once solid, cut into 24 pieces.

Store in the refrigerator.
