Celebrate Independence Day with this wonderful cocktail. Serve with colorful berries of choice, a lime wedge and a mint spring to make it super special.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. vodka
• 4 oz. ginger beer
• 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
• 6-8 fresh berries, of choice
• watermelon slice
• sprig of mint, lime wedge, and fresh berries to garnish, if desired

Steps

1. Add berries and lime juice to a Moscow mule mug or Collins glass; lightly mash with a muddler or a spoon; add ice; pour in vodka and ginger beer; stir.
2. Serve, garnished with a mint sprig, lime wedge, watermelon slice, and fresh berries.
