Description

This dip just may become your new go to dip. It has the wonderful flavors of cheese, beer, bacon and Ranch dressing served with your favorite dippers.

Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 packet Ranch dressing mix, dry
⅔ c. favorite beer
½ c. bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
2 T. sliced green onions, divided

Bake or fry the bacon; drain on a paper towel lined plate; crumble.

In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine cream cheese, cheese, Ranch dressing mix and beer until smooth and creamy. Stir in bacon and green onions, reserving a bit for garnish.

Garnish with remaining green onions.

Serve with pretzels, crusty bread, crackers or vegetables.

*Variations: Omit the bacon; add 1 c. cooked, chopped chicken; substitute fresh minced chives in place of green onions; substitute Monterey Jack, Colby Jack, or favorite cheese in place of the Cheddar cheese.
