Description

This dip just may become your new go to dip. It has the wonderful flavors of cheese, beer, bacon and Ranch dressing served with your favorite dippers.

Ingredients

• 16 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
• 2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 packet Ranch dressing mix, dry
• ⅔ c. favorite beer
• ½ c. bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
• 2 T. sliced green onions, divided

Steps

1. Bake or fry the bacon; drain on a paper towel lined plate; crumble.
2. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine cream cheese, cheese, Ranch dressing mix and beer until smooth and creamy. Stir in bacon and green onions, reserving a bit for garnish.
3. Garnish with remaining green onions.
