Description
This dish is so simple and delicious, you'll wonder why you haven't made it sooner. You can serve it as an appetizer or as a side.
Ingredients
- 2–3 large, beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 c. shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1 T. dried basil
- 1 T. dried oregano
- 2 T. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Wash tomatoes; slice into 1/4 inch slices; place slices on the prepared baking sheet.
- Top each slice with Parmesan cheese, covering the tops; sprinkle on basil and oregano.
