Serve this amazing, delicious dessert pizza for your family or at your next get together. It's packed with vitamin rich fruit, is loaded with electrolytes, and has protein from the yogurt and is low in calories.
1 watermelon
1 c. coconut yogurt or greek yogurt
1/2 c. strawberries, sliced in half
1/2 c. raspberries
1/2 c. cherries
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. pomegranate seeds
honey or maple syrup, optional
Wash and prepare fruit; drain; slice as needed.
Use a very sharp knife to cut off a slice of watermelon right down the middle, about 2-3" thick. Repeat as needed, cutting more watermelon slices.
Use a spatula to spread an even layer of yogurt around the watermelon. Leave a little empty space around the edges where the “pizza crust” would be.
Layer on fresh fruit, adding as many toppings as wanted.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for a little extra sweetness if desired.
Serve immediately.
