Celebrate the holidays or the season with this special red wine sangria. It's quick and easy to prepare, just make it in advance to be sure all the flavors get infused.
2 - 750 mL bottles dry red wine
1 c. cranberries (thawed, if frozen)
1 c. orange liqueur (Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
1/2 c. Campari (Italian liqueur)
2 oranges, thinly sliced and quartered
2 Granny Smith apples, cored, cut into 1 inch slices
Combine wine, cranberries, orange liqueur, Campari, orange and apple slices in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
Refrigerate for 2 - 6 hours.
Serve.
