Description

These are the perfect treats to make for special occasions like St. Patrick's day, Easter or Christmas. They are no bake and are made with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

• 1 package Mint Oreo cookies, with their centers
• 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
• candy coating, like white almond bark and Wilton Green Candy Melts
• green and white sprinkles, if desired

Steps

1. Use a food processor to crush cookies with their centers, into fine crumbs.
2. Place softened cream cheese in a large bowl; add cookie crumbs; combine well. Roll into balls; place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
3. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour or up to several days.
