Ingredients
- 10 oz. grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves, (about 25 small leaves), torn
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
- sea salt, to taste
Steps
- In a medium bowl, toss together the tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil leaves; add olive oil to bowl; toss together.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt, to taste.
