This is a beautiful, festive side dish that's sweet, tangy made with crushed pineapple, whole berry cranberry sauce, mini- marshmallows and whipped topping.
14 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 c. mini-marshmallows
In a large bowl, stir together cranberry sauce and crushed pineapple; fold in whipped topping until combined; stir in mini- marshmallows. Cover.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Serve, garnished with fresh cranberries, if desired.
