Description

This crunchy cookie is deliciously made with a whole wheat cracker base, a soft, cloud like marshmallow fluff middle and topped with chocolate. They are so amazing, you won't be able to eat just one.

Ingredients

• 12 Carr's round, whole wheat crackers*
• 7 oz. marshmallow fluff
• 1 1/2 c. chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 T. canola oil

Steps

1. Line a flat, rimmed baking or cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2. Place the crackers on the prepared baking/cookie sheet.
3. Spoon (spray the spoon with with non-stick cooking spray first) 1 heaping T. marshmallow fluff on top of each cracker. Place the baking sheet with the crackers in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
