Fantasy Bars
Description
These decadent Fantasy bars are easy to prepare and are made with just 4 ingredients, semi-sweet chocolate, butterscotch, peanut butter and marshmallows.
Ingredients
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. creamy peanut butter
10.5 oz. mini-marshmallows

Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick foil; set aside.
Combine the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in a large microwave safe container, like an 8 c. Pyrex measuring cup.
Microwave on high heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chips are fully melted, the peanut butter is incorporated, and the mixture in smooth.
Stir in the marshmallows until they're fully coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cut into 24 bars.
Store in an airtight container.
