Use your air fryer to cook cauliflower florets for a quick and easy side dish or even an appetizer. They are deliciously roasted, tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, and tossed in simple seasonings.
Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. cumin
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- lemon wedges, for serving
Steps
- Preheat an air fryer to 380 degrees F.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl; add the olive oil and seasonings; toss.
- Transfer the cauliflower to the air fryer; arrange in one single layer, cook in 2 batches, if necessary. Cook until crisp tender with browned edges, shaking the basket halfway through, 15-18 minutes.
