If you love the old-fashioned Watergate Salad, you'll love this easy to make pretty pink cloud in a bowl. Strawberry Fluff Salad is bursting with strawberry, pineapple and cheesecake flavors. No one will be able to resist it, it's so fluffy and delicious.
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
3.4 oz. cheesecake INSTANT pudding, dry (or vanilla or French vanilla)
1 T. strawberry jello powder, dry
20 oz. crushed pineapple juice, well drained and juices squeezed out
3 c. mini-marshmallows
1 c. shredded sweetened coconut flakes
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, chopped
In a bowl, add Cool Whip, dry pudding mix, and Jello powder; beat until combined. Add crushed pineapple; beat until well combined. Stir in marshmallows, coconut, and strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the dry pudding and jello fully dissolve and are not grainy.
Serve.
