Ingredients

• 9-10 c. Rice Chex cereal
• 1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
• 1/4 c. unsalted butter
• 4 t. lemon zest
• 2 t. lemon juice
• 2 c. powdered sugar

Steps

1. Pour the cereal into a large bowl; set aside.
2. Combine the white chocolate chips, butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
3. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cereal; gently stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
