Lemon Puppy Chow
Description
This delicious snack is irresistible and just in time for warmer weather. It's so easy and quick to make, it's perfect for last minute gatherings, pool parties, pot lucks or picnics.
Ingredients
9-10 c. Rice Chex cereal
1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1/4 c. unsalted butter
4 t. lemon zest
2 t. lemon juice
2 c. powdered sugar

Pour the cereal into a large bowl; set aside.
Combine the white chocolate chips, butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cereal; gently stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
Transfer the cereal into a gallon size ziploc bag; add the powdered sugar; shake until cereal is evenly coated.
