2 Ingredient Pineapple Dump Cake

Description

If you need a delicious dessert in a flash, this cake is perfect. It is basically a two ingredient dump cake that takes about 30 minutes to bake and can be garnished with different toppings each time that you make it.

Ingredients

1 box Angel Food cake mix (the kind that only requires water)
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with its juices (not syrup)

Optional toppings: powdered sugar, marachino cherries, pineapple slices, coconut flakes, or Cool Whip.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine cake mix and crushed pineapple with its juices in a bowl; stir thoroughly by hand until well combined.

Pour in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish, two 8x8 baking dishes or aBundt pan.

Bake 25-40 minutes for a 9x13 inch pan. Do not overbake.

Let cake cool completely for about 1 hour before adding any toppings.

The cake is delicious on its own but is also delicious with your choice of toppings. Dust with powdered sugar on top, Cool Whip, marachino cherries, pineapple slices or coconut flakes.
