Description

If you need a delicious dessert in a flash, this cake is perfect. It is basically a two ingredient dump cake that takes about 30 minutes to bake and can be garnished with different toppings each time that you make it.

Ingredients

• 1 box Angel Food cake mix (the kind that only requires water)
• 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with its juices (not syrup)
• Optional toppings: powdered sugar, marachino cherries, pineapple slices, coconut flakes, or Cool Whip.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine cake mix and crushed pineapple with its juices in a bowl; stir thoroughly by hand until well combined.
3. Pour in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish, two 8x8 baking dishes or aBundt pan.
