No-Bake Lemon Eclair Cake

14.4 oz. box graham crackers
2 - 3.4 oz. boxes instant lemon pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
16 oz. container lemon frosting

Prepare a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.

Line with graham crackers.

Mix instant pudding with milk; beat for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip.

Layer half of the pudding mix over the graham crackers; add another layer of graham crackers; add the remaining pudding. Top with remaining crackers.

Warm the frosting in the microwave for 30-40 seconds; pour over the top.

Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Serve.
