The is the easiest candy to make. You only need 3 ingredients, Cool Whip, chocolate chips and dark chocolate melting wafers. They make great holiday treats for parties, hostess gifts or even teacher gifts.

Ingredients

• 2 - 11 oz. packages milk chocolate chips
• 8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
• 24 oz. dark chocolate melting wafers

Steps

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips for 1 minute; stir; heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted. Cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.
2. Line an 8x8" baking dish with parchment paper; set aside.
3. In a bowl, gently fold the room temperature melted chocolate into the Cool Whip. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a rubber spatula.
