During the holiday season, you need simple and easy to make recipes. These no bake cookies are the perfect sweet and salty treats. The crackers are filled with peanut butter, dipped in white chocolate and garnished with pretty sprinkles.
40 Ritz crackers
1 1/4 c. creamy or crunchy peanut butter
16 oz. white almond bark
holiday sprinkles
Add parchment paper to a cookie/baking sheet.
Place half of the Ritz crackers on a flat surface. Spoon about 1 T. peanut butter onto each cracker. Top with remaining crackers; gently press down, spreading peanut butter to the edges.
Melt the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments, stirring after each time, until smooth.
Start at full power, and after one or two intervals, switch to 50% power. Be careful, white chocolate burns easily.
Use a fork to dip each cracker sandwich in the melted chocolate to evenly coat, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off.
Transfer crackers to the prepared cookie/baking sheet. Garnish with sprinkles.
Set aside until almond bark is dry.
20 servings.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
