Use any flavor of Chex cereal, pecans, pistaschios, craisins, chocolate chips, coconut chips and holiday M&M's to make this party worthy snack.
5 c. favorite Chex Cereal or combination of different ones
5 T. melted butter
3 T. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. pisctashios
2 c. craisins
1 1/2 c. toasted coconut chips
2 c. M&M's
1 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Pour Chex cereal into a large bowl. Pour the melted butter over the cereal; stir until combined.
Stir the cinnamon and sugar together in a ramekin or small bowl; stir; add it to the cereal and stir until everything is coated.
Pour the cereal onto a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes sto bake evenly. Once done, remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet.
Toasting the Nuts:
In a dry skillet, toast the nuts on medium/high heat for 3-5 minutes or until slightly brown and fragrant; set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together.
Serve.
