Everyone will love this easy, no fail no-bake pie. It's yummy, light and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 9 inch store bought graham cracker pie crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 lemons, zested
- whipped cream or Cool Whip, for serving
Steps
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl; blend with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon zest; blend until the ingredients are fully incorporated and completely smooth.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
