Everyone will love this easy, no fail no-bake pie. It's yummy, light and refreshing.
9 inch store bought graham cracker pie crust
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 lemons, zested
whipped cream or Cool Whip, for serving
Place the cream cheese in a bowl; blend with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon zest; blend until the ingredients are fully incorporated and completely smooth.
Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
Serve cold, topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
