Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh Italian parsley, with stems
- 2 T. fresh oregano leaves
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 2 t. crushed red pepper flakes or red pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 T. red wine vinegar
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Steps
- In a food processor or blender, pulse the parsley, oregano, and garlic until combined, about 10 seconds.
- Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes or diced red pepper; blend to desired texture.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste.
