4 large garlic cloves
2 t. crushed red pepper flakes or red pepper, diced

3 T. red wine vinegar
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

In a food processor or blender, pulse the parsley, oregano, and garlic until combined, about 10 seconds.
Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes or diced red pepper; blend to desired texture.
Add salt and pepper, to taste.
