Fast to prepare, easy and delicious describe this no bake Easter dirt cake. Decorate it for the holiday or just for Spring with many choices of toppings.
Ingredients
Layers:
15.35 oz. package Oreo cookies, crushed
2 c. cold milk
3.4 oz. box instant pudding mix, favorite flavor
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Topping Choices:
colorful pastel candy-coated chocolates (like M&Ms), mini chocolate sandwich cookies, candy eggs, pastel sprinkles; Bunny Peep Marshmallows

Pudding Mixture:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until thickened, about 2-3 minutes; set aside.
Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip; gently mix in the prepared pudding until well combined.
Dirt Cake Layering:
In a 9x9 inch casserole dish, spread half of the crushed Oreo cookies evenly on the bottom.
Layer half of the pudding mixture on top of the crushed cookies.
Repeat the layers with the remaining crushed cookies and pudding mixture.
Decoration:
Top the final layer with choice of candy-coated chocolates, mini sandwich cookies, candy eggs and pastel colored sprinkles to create a festive Easter look.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Serve chilled.
