You'll want to eat one of these tuna melt sandwiches everyday, it so good and easy to make. It's the perfect lunch or dinner and easy. One is only 6 points.
Ingredients
5 oz. can tuna in water, drained
1 rib of celery, chopped
1-2 T. chopped onion
2 T. light mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie wheat with honey bread
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray
2 slices Sargento ultra thin mild Cheddar cheese

Preheat a large skillet over low-medium heat.
Drain the tuna; add to a small bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt and pepper; stir.
Spray one side of each slice of bread 4 times with the butter spray.
Add half of the tuna mixture to 1 slice of bread on the unbuttered side; add 1 slice of cheese; place 1 slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
Repeat for the second sandwich.
Place the sandwiches in the preheated skillet. Cook until golden brown on each side, until the cheese melts.
Serve.
