Ingredients

• 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 - 8 oz. blocks cream of cheese, softened at room temperature
• 1/2 c. to 3/4 c. favorite beer
• 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
• sliced green onions, for garnish
• Choice of: chips, cubed bread, crackers, pretzels, wings, veggies, pita bread for optional dippers

Steps

1. Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and Ranch dip mix in a medium bowl. Gradually stir in the beer until mixture is thick, creamy, and fully combined.
