So you think that you don't like Brussels sprouts. Well, think again. These not only are healthy, but sweet and delicious too.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved*
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 T. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, each cut into 4 pieces
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Steps
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
- Add prepared Brussels sprouts to a large bowl; add the garlic to the bowl. Drizzle on the melted butter and olive oil; season with salt and pepper; toss.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
