How fun is this party tray? No cooking needed. Just arrange the sausage, cheese and black olives to make Santa's jolly face.

Ingredients

• summer sausage
• yellow cheese, cut into square slices
• white cheese, cut into slices
• black olives

Steps

1. Arrange summer sausage slices for Santa's hat and rosy cheeks and nose, yellow cheese slices for his face, white cheese slices for his beard, moustache , eyebrows and for the end of his hat on a large, round party platter.
2. If desired, serve with crackers and Dijon mustard.
