Enjoy a yummy, rich fudge that looks fabulous too. You get all of the good stuff in every single bite!
Ingredients
- 3 c. white chocolate chips
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 T. butter
- ½ package caramels (about 30) plus 1 T. water
- ½ c. coarsely chopped pecans
- ⅓ c. toffee bits
Steps
- Spray an 8 x 8 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray, then line it with waxed paper, with waxed paper hanging over the sides to help lift out later. A spatula might be needed to be used underneath one side to help it loosen.
- In a microwavable bowl, melt caramels and the water in the microwave until caramels lose shape, about 60 seconds. Stir; set aside.
- Add white chocolate chips and butter in a shallow microwavable bowl; microwave 90 seconds on 50% power; stir well.
