Use some of your leftover ham for a delicious breakfast. Use your favorite cheese along with biscuits and tater tots and you will have one happy family!
Ingredients
- 1 c. ham, diced
- 2 c. tater tots
- 12 eggs, whisked
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits, diced
- 2 c. cheese, your favorite
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a bundt pan.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a well greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool a little. Turn bundt pan over onto a plate or platter. Serve.
