X-Men: Days Of Future Past Releases New Viral Video

That video you are watching is not an advertisement for a company poised to dominate Apple in the electronics industries, (if you are looking for the skip button, good luck). That is the viral video campaign for Trask Industries, the fictional company in the upcoming film X-Men: Days Of Future Past.
As many of the Marvel comics fans will know, Trask Industries, founded by the miniature yet fatally powerful Bolivar Trask, created the Sentinels in the X-Men universe. These robots are created for the sole purpose of hunting the X-Men and other mutants. The metallic humanoids appeared at the end of the video complete with their foreboding glowing eyes of doom.
Game Of Thrones star Peter Dinklage will play as Trask.
Also, many will notice that a considerable change was made to the Sentinels as far as their sizes are concerned in the video. Early comic books incarnations and the 1990’s X-Men animated series all featured them as colossal, building-sized robots, but the video seem to showcase them as around ten to twelve feet tall. Still no small fry for a mechanized hunter.
The film is directed Bryan Singer, and stars Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman, Anna Paquin, Nicholas Hoult, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Ian McKellen, and Patrick Stewart all reprising their previous roles.
