4-year-old Abby, who was diagnosed with leukemia last October, "married" her favorite nurse Matt Hickling in a heartwarming ceremony on Thursday morning inside Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders located at Albany Medical Center in New York. Hickling, who is already married, has known Abby since she started her treatment and is the object of Abby's crush.

“Abby told her mom, Renee, that she was planning to propose to me,” says Hickling when asked how the idea started. “Renee told me about it last Wednesday, so I thought it would be fun to make it happen.”

Hickling wore a tuxedo shirt, Abby had on her white gown and she even rode a ceremonial toy car!
