Description
This easy to prepare casserole is great anytime of year but is especially good on chilly days and can be on your table in less than an hour.
Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter, divided
- 2 t. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3 qt. casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Crush Ritz crackers carefully while still in its sleeve.
- Add chicken, sour cream, soup and 1/4 c. melted butter to a bowl; add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and shredded cheese; stir well.
