1988 Catalina 25ft Sail Boat
I have a 1988 model of Catalina 25ft sail boat for sale.
Boat never been damaged, no scratches on boat.
All glass, ports and hatches are perfect.
There is no damage or rot inside, and no soft spots on deck.
Boat have brand new tiller.
Sails are in great shape. Jib been used only once since boat was bought new in 1989.
Anyway, boat was only used as a weekend retreat in marina, and been sailed only few times.
It have a shoal 3 ft wing keel.
There is no additional electric equipment on boat, just lights, VHF antenna on mast, windex, marine head with holding tank, 2x sink and fosset,
ice box, fan, compass, boarding ladder, life jackets, anchor, ...
Cabin top on salon lift up for more headroom, and I have a new original cover with mosquito nets and clear windows, that go over cabin top.
Boat would use some work on cushions, buff and wax and clean the bottom.
That would make that little sailboat probably one of the cleanest and best of its kind.
For a 25 footer is very roomy inside, and can sleep 6.
First owner since new, have all user manuals a clean title in hand, and I reduced price for a quick sale.
Does not have motor , but heavy duty stainless swing bracket is mounted on stern and any motor from 5 to 10 HP will do the job.
