JCPenney is in need of a new fashion angle.

An Imgur user recently posted this picture taken from the store's catalog in which a lady models an skirt with a rather debatable design. The user points out that: "really could've picked a better place for that 'flower' design."

Although we attribute this more to a bad angle (the more clear version posted in the brand's website is more appealing) we can't help but really do think that it reminds us a lot of nasty red tide accidents. Here's to better photography in the future!
