The Federal Trade Commission has closed its investigation into Google after an exhaustive 19-month review that covered millions of pages of documents and involved countless hours of testimony. They looked patent use, ads practices, and Google's search business, and many other things. Google came out on top. The FTC is essentially saying Google’s services are good for users and good for competition.
