Description
There's no need to fry chicken wings when they can be made healthier by baking them. They are still delicious and are much less messy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken wings, split and tips removed (36 split wings total)
- 2 T. flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. seasoned salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- Sauce:
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/4 t. seasoned salt
- 4-6 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
- 1 T. freshly chopped parsley
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil; place a piece of parchment paper on top of the foil.
- Pat wings dry with a paper towel. Toss wings in flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
- Place wings in a single layer on prepared baking pan.
