How Do I Put Eyeliner On?

Putting eyeliner on: Left is perfect but right has gone wrong. I'll just fill in left flick. Now they're too thick. Omg tried to wipe it off and it smudged. I'll just fill them in again. FML I'll just be a panda. Eyeliner FAIL.
