Many moms who are into fitness have been bashed for posting photos of themselves looking like super fit even when their tummies are showing already - prompting people to comment that they shame other moms who gain weight or have had their bodies drastically change. However, this mom posted this picture in order to simply show how fitness has changed her pregnancy.
She captioned the photo: “Today someone commented on this photo that I posted last year and it truly reminded me how blessed I am to have been able to experience a fit, active and healthy pregnancy vs. my first two pregnancies. Both photos are the same gestation of weeks. The photo on the left is ONE baby, the photo on the right is with the TWINS. How crazy is that for a comparison?! I love a big baby bump as much as the next person, however how I felt is the crazy comparison for me (I wish we could step into others shoes for 5 minutes to really appreciate the 'feels’ in the first photo.”
There is a very noticeable difference between the two photos - and not just in terms of the mom's weight, but also on the size of her tummy. It's safe to say that while it is discouraged to do heavy exercises while pregnant, it is still great for a woman to keep an active lifestyle as long as everything is done in moderation.
