I always sleep face down because if I don't I can't go to sleep for some reason its been always like that except for the past few days now I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in one or both arms in the middle of the night. When I am sleep my head is on one arm or the other. I lower my arms and after a few minutes the numbness and the tingling goes away. I am thinking the weight of my head is what is causing this. Pls help.
