I’m doing due diligence on a pre-seed founder in Europe

Potentially investing €1k for 50% of the company, requiring daily updates of course.

Looking at the expense report he faxed to my office.

He spent €6.50 on a flat white with the company card and didn’t mark it as personal expense.

What should I do?
