It seems actress Jaimie Alexander is ready to jump from being a Norse goddess to Amazonian princess.
It is reported that the American actress in talks with Warner Bros. to be part of their very own superhero tag team, “Batman vs. Superman”. It is not yet confirmed which character will Alexander be, but rumors are loud that she will be playing the third member of its holy trinity, Wonder Woman himself, which the studio is planning to reintroduce.
"Being in the comic book world, we know a lot of the same people at DC and Marvel, so we hear a lot of things, but it's all speculation right now. But I would absolutely love that. Thankfully and gratefully, I'm appreciative to the people who ask my opinion of the character, and that's been pretty amazing," according to Alexander.
The 29-year old actress made a name in the comic book world by playing the Asgardian Goddess of War, Sif in Marvel’s “Thor” franchise. And she is actually considering the jump a good idea, "I would love for there to be a spinoff film," says Alexander of her Sif role. "I would absolutely say 'yes!' If the fans want it and there's a strong enough desire for it, it will happen. So, fingers crossed!"
