Change of heart?
For the big finale of his "Believe" world tour, Justin Bieber arrived in Manila, Philippines 7:10 AM via a private plane “at a private hangar near Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminal 2.”

The 19 year old controversial pop star called upon his legions of fans to help raise funds for the victims of typhoon Yolanda (International Name: Haiyan). He referred to his Philippines show as the “most important one of the tour.”

He's aiming to raise $1 million funds through a global campaign with Prizeo.com which would be given to Unicef, Action Hunger and Philam Foundation to help out those in the Philippines.

“The typhoon has affected the lives of millions. Everyone knows that I've got the best fans in the world. So the moment I heard about the tragedy a few weeks back, I know I can count on you guys to make a difference. So I'm looking for you guys to help me help them. Check prizeo.com/Justin. Every time you're giving back, I'm doing something I've never done before. I'm (going to) bring a winner to come show him the studio with me next year. I want you guys come help me in the studio. Just give me some ideas. But first you guys gotta give back. Come help raise money and come to studio with me. So please, please, help me, help them,” Justin said in his promotional video.

Those who would donate would have the chance to tour his studio and receive various items depending on the amount they donate.
