Justin Bieber ready to face the increasingly growing crowd of fans, he made his way out of the Steigenberger Hotel in Belgium on Thursday.

The Biebs has currently been touring in the European land for the past three days but has reportedly been staying inside his temporary digs after hotel security had to call in police help to keep the massive crowd of Beliebers under control.

Regardless of the chaos, it looks like Justin is still having quite the successful trip, as he tweeted earlier in the day, "Night 2. Sold Out. Belgium. #BELIEVEtour thank u. Lets do it."

Aside from Justin's musical talents, the hunky crooner is now offering up financial management tips in his debut video for SpendSmart.

"You know when I was a kid, we didn't have a lot of money growing up, so me and my family had to watch the money that we spent," Bieber admits, "It wasn't easy, but I definitely learned some important lessons -- like how to save for stuff that I really wanted and how to make a budget."
