Justin Bieber keeps his head down as he leaves the Laugh Factory on Monday night (June 17) in Hollywood.

Justin Bieber seems to have gotten some shading done on his arm because he now has a complete half-sleeve of tattoos!

“Last week off. #believetour is back Saturday in San Diego! Ready? #newmusic soon,” he later tweeted.

The week before, Justin kept a low profile while heading out of the Kanye West album listening party held at Milk Studios.
