Making the most of her time in the Land Down Under, Kelly Osbourne showed up on the streets of Sydney, Australia earlier today (April 29).

The “Fashion Police” cutie was joined by her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart as she made her way around town, attracting plenty of attention along the way.

Kelly is in town to promote the re-launch of Australian magazine Cleo, and she’s even scored a gig as a new columnist for the publication.

However, in spite of all the exciting stuff going on in her career, Ms. Osbourne learned this morning that one of her beloved dogs passed away. She tweeted, “Woke up to the worst news ever! I can't stop crying! It really is an end of an era RIP Maggie!!!”
