Pregnant Kim Kardashian joined Kanye West for a Parisian getaway yesterday. Kim arrived in the City of Light wearing flats and a gray coat tied around her baby bump, though she later changed into heels to go shopping at Bonpoint and dine out at Ferdi Restaurant.

Kim and Kanye reunited in Paris after Kim promoted Tyler Perry's Temptation in NYC last week. One of her many press stops included a trip to the Tonight Show With Jay Leno, where Jay questioned Kim's baby name choices for her and Kanye's daughter. Setting the record straight, Kim denied the name North was at the top of their list, but she did say she thought Easton West would make a cute name.
