Late Thursday night (June 5), the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was surprised with a giant box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts from her BFF Brittny Gastineau.

In a Keek video that Kim posted to her Twitter account, she can be excitedly heard saying, "I honestly have the best friend in the entire world, it is late and look what she brought me!"

"I'm so excited, I love you," added Kim, before getting ready to chow down on a few unhealthy indulgences. As previously reported by GossipCenter, Kardashian and her main man Kanye West are expecting a little girl this July.
