Lindsay Lohan appears in court to take a plea deal on Monday in Los Angeles.
Lindsay Lohan appeared in court to face charges of reckless driving, lying to a police officer about a car crash, and violating her probation for a shoplifting conviction.
Lindsay took the plea deal, pleading no contest to the crimes of reckless driving and lying to the cops. She will be serving 90 days in a locked rehab, which means she cannot leave for any reason. In addition, she will perform 30 days of community labor and undergo pyschotherapy for 18 months.
There is a mandatory five days in jail for the reckless driving charge, but it will be folded into her rehab time, which can be done in NYC.
In regards to the probation violation for the shoplifting case, Lindsay admitted to the violation and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but the sentence was stayed, so she won’t do any time as long as she obeys all laws.
